An Australian national, resident of Germany and Switzerland, Japanese wife, citizen of the world, Richard is a seasoned international C-level executive and board member in asset development, tourism management and investment. Over the last decades Richard has been constantly involved in development of concepts, projects and execution for large scale destinations, resorts, leisure venues, public realm structures, commercial real estate development and place-making from a 360-degree perspective.  His experience includes creating greenfield strategies to deliver viable visitor experiences and retention.  His work has also involved the development of tourism infrastructure for public authorities, along with organizational structures, products and services, with working experience on 4 continents. Richard also successfully completed distressed and challenging restructuring and recovery missions.  Finally, he adds 20 years of reporting experience at board level to our Advisory Board. Richard is a digital advocate, media-trained, seasoned public speaker and is endlessly curious.
